Alan Smith

Alan Smith has over 20 years of experience in IT management and engineering, currently serving as Messaging Manager and previously as Messaging Engineer at First Horizon Bank since July 2009. Smith specializes in Exchange 2016, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams, along with expertise in Agari DMARC, Cisco IronPort, and Crestron Fusion. Prior to First Horizon Bank, Smith held the position of IT Manager for Enterprise Messaging and Directory Services at ServiceMaster from 1999 to June 2009, where responsibilities included collaboration services for various systems such as Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory. Smith holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Auburn University, earned from 1995 to 1999, and graduated from Christian Brothers High School in Memphis in 1995.
