Gerri Bailey is the Senior Vice President of Business Process Efficiency and Strategic Initiatives at First Horizon National Corporation, where they have worked since 1989. They currently oversee all consumer and commercial lending operations and were previously a VP and Program Manager at both First Horizon and First Tennessee Bank. Gerri earned their degree from the University of Memphis between 1988 and 1993.
