Ryan Herlan

Ryan Herlan is currently the SVP and Portfolio Manager Team Lead for the South Region at First Horizon Bank, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Ryan held various roles including Senior Underwriting Associate at Sila Realty Trust, Inc., where they underwrote significant real estate acquisitions, and worked as a Commercial Portfolio Analyst at Intervest National Bank and Bank of the Ozarks. Ryan also gained experience in the banking sector as a Mortgage Originator at M&T Bank and began their career as a Front Desk Associate and Administrative Assistant at EJ Del Monte Corporation/Marriott Hotels. They hold an MBA in International Business from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Houghton College.
