First In Service OÜ is a contract manufacturer and heavy engineering subcontractor based in Tallinn, Estonia. Since 2002, we have delivered precision-welded, machined, and assembled products for industries where failure is not an option.
We operate from an 18,000 m² production facility with three core capabilities under one roof: heavy fabrication up to 35×7×7 m and 160 tons, precision CNC machining with tolerances down to ±0.02 mm, and complex mechanical assembly with full FAT testing.
Our machine park includes FERMAT WRF 130 boring mills (X-axis 13,500 mm), ZAYER XIOS 4000 milling centres, vertical turning lathes up to Ø 2,700 mm, and PUMA 700LY II horizontal lathes. We also provide plate rolling up to 40 mm thickness and 3 m width.
We process carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, titanium, Inconel, and Hastelloy — with full material traceability and NDT documentation (VT, PT, MT, UT) on every delivery. Surface treatment to NORSOK M-501 and C5-M standards.
