Stuart Shepard

Stuart Shepard is an experienced multimedia professional currently serving as Multimedia Director at First Liberty Institute since April 2018. Previously, Stuart held the position of Director of Digital Communications at Family Policy Alliance from October 2013 to December 2017, where responsibilities included producing video content and managing digital communications. From July 1999 to September 2013, Stuart was the Senior Director of Media at Focus on the Family, recognized for 'Stoplight' video commentaries and various digital content creation. Earlier in their career, Stuart worked as Chief Meteorologist at WLEX-TV from September 1985 to June 1999, and served as Minister at Sulphur Well Christian Church during the same period. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bible/Biblical Studies from Kentucky Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting from Eastern Kentucky University, along with a Certificate of Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University.
