Jeff Blumberger

Jeff Blumberger has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on specialty auto and transportation. Jeff is currently the Vice President of Specialty Auto at First Light Program Managers, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as the Underwriting Director of Specialty Auto at Citadel Insurance Services from 2019 to 2022. Jeff also served as a Transportation Specialist at Jimcor Agencies from 2018 to 2019 and as a Senior Underwriter II at Philadelphia Insurance Companies in 2017. From 2010 to 2017, Jeff was the Manager of LimousineGuard, CharterBusGuard, and WellGuard programs at Willis Towers Watson. Jeff worked as an Independent Contractor at JDB in 2009 and as the Department Manager/VP at S.H Smith & Co. from 2002 to 2009. Jeff's career in the insurance industry began as an Underwriter at Chubb from 2000 to 2002.
