Leanna Ballester founded First Light to help companies with their strategy, team planning, and work structure. She has held various strategy and operations roles at different companies such as Matter Unlimited, The Mars Agency, Localize.city, and Grey Group. Leanna has also worked at DDB, OppermanWeiss, The Barbarian Group, and Grey Group in roles related to creative resource management. She holds a Master of Science in Media Management from The New School and a Bachelor of Science in Arts Management from Ithaca College.
