Lance Richards is the Senior Pastor at First United Methodist Church in Houston, Texas. Previously, they served as Senior Pastor at Tarrytown United Methodist Church from 2018 to 2022 and as Lead Pastor at The Watershed United Methodist Church from 2013 to 2018. Lance earned a Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School and holds both a Master of Science in Agricultural Education and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science from Texas A&M University.
