Caiti Black has a diverse work experience in marketing and ecommerce. Caiti most recently held the position of Head of Marketing & Ecommerce at First Mile starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Digital and Ecommerce Lead at First Mile from November 2021 to July 2023. Caiti also has experience at Wonderbly, where they held various roles including Ecommerce Manager from February 2020 to November 2021, International Marketing Manager from January 2019 to January 2020, International Product Manager from January 2018 to January 2019, Producer from September 2015 to December 2017, and Project Manager from September 2014 to September 2015.
Caiti Black completed their education with a Master's degree in Urban Studies (Msc) from UCL in 2014. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Geography (Ba) from The University of Sheffield in 2013. In addition, they obtained a Prince2 Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from PeopleCert in September 2017 and a Product Management certification from General Assembly in 2020.
