Aaron Ison

Aaron Ison has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as Principal Mechanical Engineer at First Mode since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer III at BLUE ORIGIN from March 2019 to March 2020. From 2005 onwards, they held multiple roles at Cascade Engine Center, including VP Sales Engineering, Engineering Manager, OEM Sales Manager, West, and Application Engineer. Their earliest work experience was as a Laboratory Technician / Research Assistant at Washington State University from October 2002 to December 2004.

Aaron Ison attended Washington State University from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Aaron continued their education at the same university from 2003 to 2005, undertaking graduate work in Mechanical Engineering as a Research Assistant. In 2010, Aaron Ison completed the Engineering Leadership - Certificate Program at the University of Washington. Prior to university, they attended Brea Olinda High School from 1994 to 1998.
