Stephen Pearce

Stephen Pearce is an experienced finance professional and strategic advisor with a robust career spanning several high-profile roles. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director and Strategic Advisor at Wyllie Group since February 2024 and as a Non Executive Director at BAE Systems since June 2019, Pearce has also held significant positions including Finance Director at Anglo American plc from January 2017 to December 2023 and Chairman at the Lions Eye Institute from June 2014 to January 2017. Previously, Pearce was a Non-Executive Director at Cedar Woods Limited and Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director at Fortescue Metals Group.
