Alex Brown

Alex Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Alex began their career as an Army Officer in the British forces, serving for 34 years and rising to the rank of UK Special Forces Officer Commissioned From the Ranks. After leaving the military in 2006, they took on leadership roles in various security and risk management companies. Alex served as Head of Training at Olive Group, Country Director at ArmorGroup, Director of Special Projects at G4S Risk Management, and Country Director at Aegis Defence Services Ltd. In 2011, they joined G4S Risk Management as a Senior Liaison Officer before taking on the role of Consultant at an Oil and Gas Company in 2012. Alex then served as Chief Operating Officer at Hart International before joining 1st Option Safety Group as Head of High Risk Services in 2014.

Alex Brown has a general education from Madras College, St Andrews. They also attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and completed the UK MoD: Joint Services Command & Staff College in 1998.
