With over a decade of expertise as the Director and Owner of Fire And Air Management, James focuses on production, booking, and compliance within the live events industry. Previous roles include General Business Manager and Designated Premises Supervisor at The Garage and The Borderline, where successful rebranding and management strategies led to significant profitability. James has also contributed to health and safety consulting for Mean Fiddler & Mama Group and held managerial positions at ULU, overseeing numerous high-profile live events.
