Jef Shields

Jef Shields is currently working as the Sales Operations Manager at First Orion since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jef worked as a Technical Sales Consultant at AT&T from March 2019 to July 2021. Before their time at AT&T, Jef was the Managing Partner at OnBrand Event Marketing from September 2016 to March 2019. Jef also has experience as a Consultant at Windstream Enterprise from October 2009 to April 2017 and held various roles at Alltel Wireless from October 1998 to July 2009, including Senior Consultant - Leadership Development, Business Consultant, Major Account Liaison, and Outside Sales Representative. Jef holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Central Baptist College.
