Lance Neppl

Lance Neppl has a strong background in IT, with experience spanning over 15 years. Lance is currently employed at First Orion as an IT Lead Systems Engineer and has held the position since December 2023. Prior to this, Lance worked as a Senior System Engineer at First Orion. Before joining First Orion, Lance worked at ABC Fitness Solutions as an Enterprise Systems Engineer from August 2018 to June 2021 and as a Wintel Senior Analyst III from August 2015 to August 2018. Lance also has experience at ABC Financial Services, where they held various roles including Wintel Junior Analyst, Desktop Support Administrator, Purchase and Finance Coordinator, Help Desk Part Time Technician, and Helpdesk Intern.

Lance Neppl completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Information Systems from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 2011 to 2015. In addition, they received certifications such as ITIL\u00ae Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from ITIL\u00ae Foundation, HDI Desktop Support Technician from HDI Learning Center, and various Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, MCSA: Office 365, MS: Windows 7, Configuring, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration. Lance also holds an Associates of Arts degree from Pulaski Technical College, and they completed their high school education at Sylvan Hills High School. Lance further enhanced their skills by obtaining the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2020.
