Phillip Watts

Phillip Watts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and delivery management. Currently serving as the Lead Partner Delivery Manager at First Orion since October 2019, Phillip excels in monitoring production delivery functions, enhancing service processes, and managing critical incidents. Previously, Phillip held various roles at Verizon Wireless from July 2009 to June 2019, including Team Leader and Senior Project Manager, where responsibilities included IT support and relationship management for multiple program participants. Additionally, Phillip worked at Alltel Wireless from September 1999 to July 2009 as a Senior Project/Business Planning Manager, focusing on integrating acquired companies into existing systems. A strong foundation in process improvement was established through the role of Process Consultant, utilizing six sigma methodologies. Early in career, Phillip managed call center operations in financial services, supervising a substantial team. Phillip holds a High School Diploma from Sheridan High School.
