Rob Callaham

Rob Callaham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, product development, and financial oversight. Currently serving as the Research and Development Program Manager at First Orion since July 2021, Callaham previously held positions as Product Manager and Director of Finance at Greyfinch, where responsibilities included financial forecasting, managing a team of ETL Engineers, and prioritizing software product deliverables. Additional leadership roles encompassed President of AXPM Supply/eMed Healthcare, overseeing a significant systems overhaul and operational scalability, as well as Director of Business Operations at AXPM, where Callaham managed multiple teams servicing dental practices. Earlier career roles included sales positions at Benco Dental, Arkansas Packaging Products, Inc., and Carlton-Bates Company. Callaham holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Business Administration from Baylor University.
