Sam Baxter

Sam Baxter is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at First Orion Corp since August 2019. Prior to this role, Sam has been a Partner at Baxter & Jewell, P.A. since 1996. Sam obtained an LLM in Taxation from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 1985 and completed a law degree at the University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville in 1984.
