As a proud Canadian Aboriginal company, First Pac West understands the importance of social responsibility and our commitment is reflected in our relationships with various Indigenous communities. We strive to establish mutually beneficial opportunities for the communities in which we operate, during all stages of our projects. Only First Pac West offers the opportunity to gift the Solace System Longhouse to the host community of a project where the Solace System structures are repurposed to meet the community’s needs. The ability to leave such a gift; recreational facilities, a convention centre or a school, is significant. Gifting valuable infrastructure create incentive for citizens to welcome a project into their community and provide valuable framework with which to build and strengthen community relations.

In addition to the Solace System Longhouse, First Pac West Group provides traditional workforce housing and operational services, modular housing for residential and commercial use, institutional buildings and facilities as well as commercial and industrial land development. Headquartered in Vancouver, BC, First Pac West operates globally with alliance partners across Canada and in China, Europe and South America.
