Jonathan Baez

Jonathan Baez has worked in the IT industry since 2004. Jonathan began their career as a Software Engineer at TransValparaíso - Buses Congreso, where they successfully implemented a platform to improve monetary control of collection at all company routes. In 2006, they joined SANDE S.A. as a Web Analyst & Developer and was responsible for the implementation of a corporate tool in the intranet. In 2008, they moved to Tecnologías de la Información en Salud - TISAL S.A. as a Web Analyst & Developer, where they quickly adapted and integrated into the project. In 2009, they joined Rabobank as a Systems Architect, where they were responsible for the reference architecture of all local domains of the bank. Jonathan also created a process for the management of problems in the IT area and managed all software vendors for the company. Finally, in 2017, they joined First Performance as a Tech Lead LATAM.

Jonathan Baez studied Ingeniería informática at Duoc UC from 1998 to 2002, where they earned an Ingeniero (E) Informático degree. Jonathan has also obtained certifications in Lean IT Foundation from the Lean IT Association in June 2016, Agile Foundation from the Agile Consortium in April 2016, and PRINCE2® Foundation – Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2015.
