Laura Davis

As Chief Operating Office Laura oversees the day-to-day operations and general management of the company. She is an innovative executive with foresight and imagination and provides the vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. Prior to joining First Performance Global, Laura was the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at BlueSHIFT7, a full service digital marketing agency, and AppedOn, a division of BlueSHIFT7, that focused on the development of mobile applications for iPhone and Android. Laura previously held marketing and operations consulting positions and was instrumental in increasing the company’s brand awareness and company growth. She is a member of numerous organizations including the COO Network, Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association, and COO Forum. Laura holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia.
