Founded in 2023 by Ngarigo, Yuin, and Worimi filmmaker Daniel King and Ben Pederick, both seasoned practitioners in factual content creation, First Person Films aims to create digital media content that provokes change in both its audience and the individuals involved in stories related to environmental, social, and indigenous issues.

With an innate understanding of storytelling, we have worked across Australia in various settings, from cities to rural and remote communities, as well as internationally, navigating the intricacies of storytelling in diverse environments.

First Person Films produces a range of high quality factual content for socially conscious audiences or those seeking to understand and empathise with characters striving for personal or community change. We work with organisations to create digital media that archives, educates, and promotes Indigenous content.
