Carol Sills

Carol Sills is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational and management development. Currently serving as a Sr. Partner at First Priority Action, Inc. since April 2011, Carol specializes in certified coaching and communication skill development. Additionally, as a consultant for Sable Group since June 2005, Carol works with the United Kingdom team on strategic proposals and executive coaching. Previously, Carol held a position in organization development at Lockheed Martin Corp. from 1985 to 2001, focusing on internal organization development, higher education partnerships, and career development. Carol's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Purdue University.
