Ray Letak

Ray Letak is a dedicated director and manager with over 20 years of experience in bulk and small-scale manufacturing of proprietary biologics, pharmaceuticals, and animal health products. Currently serving as the General Manager at First Priority, Inc., they oversee operations and quality departments while ensuring adherence to GMP manufacturing standards. Ray has held various leadership roles, including Production Manager at American Pharmaceutical Partners and Director of Manufacturing at Northfield Laboratories Inc., where they successfully led a team through a Pre-Approval Inspection by CBER. Ray earned a B.A. in Biology from Arcadia University and an M.S. in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University.
