Previously, David held roles such as Chief Legal Counsel at CMOC Group Limited, advising on the company's global portfolio and resource development projects. They have also worked as a Senior Attorney for the Central Arizona Project, Deputy Counsel for the Arizona Department of Water Resources, and in various law firms advising on environmental and corporate law. David is originally from the United States and currently resides in London with their family.
