Stuart Tracey

Stuart Tracey has extensive work experience in the mining industry, starting in 2000 with Sons of Gwalia as a Mining Engineer. Stuart then worked for CSA Group Ltd as a Mining Engineer from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they served as a Long Term Planning Engineer at Aztec Resources Limited. Stuart joined HWE MINING PTY LIMITED as a Senior Mining Engineer from 2007 to 2008. Stuart then worked at Avocet Mining Pty Ltd as a Group Engineer from 2009 to 2013. Stuart's career continued at Leighton Contractors Indonesia, where they held the role of Technical Services Manager from 2013 to 2014, and later became the Project Manager for Martabe Gold Mine from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Stuart holds the position of Planning Manager / Alternate Mine Manager at First Quantum Minerals since 2016, and recently took on the role of Principal Mining Engineer in November 2021.

Stuart Tracey attended Camborne School of Mines from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering.
