Eka Saputra has extensive experience in quality, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management across various roles. Starting as a technician in hardware, software, and networking at Basoka Komputer from 2007 to 2010, Eka transitioned to an assistant lecturer and laboratory technician at Akademi Teknologi Industri in early 2008. From 2011 to 2014, Eka served as Senior Vice President of the laboratory at PT. Gamah Bintang Mining, focusing on quality and safety. Subsequently, at PT. Dian Indah Perdana in 2015, Eka was responsible for ensuring safety and quality in the laboratory. In 2019, Eka joined Apical as an HSE Coordinator, providing support and compliance guidance for HSE regulations, and later took on the role of HSE Analyst & Document. Currently, as an Assistant Manager at First Resources Ltd. since November 2024, Eka directs and mentors staff in safety and paramedic roles, ensuring accuracy in health and safety data.
