The spirit of First Rodeo was conceived 30 years ago and has been persistently shaped during the professional endeavors of its founder, Ciro Sarmiento. Through his CCO roles and creative leadership positions at Saatchi & Saatchi New York, Dieste, Weber Shandwick, Ogilvy and Leo Burnett, the First Rodeo spark inspired work created for companies like P&G, AT&T, Anheuser-Busch, and Frito-Lay; and found its way on to stages such as Cannes, Effie, TedTalk, One Show and D&AD.

Today, that spirit finally becomes its own agency.

But First Rodeo isn’t just an agency name. It’s a mindset. We treat every project like the first, not the fiftieth. Because the second we think we’ve seen it all, we lose the ability to surprise. This beginner’s attitude fuels ideas that are fresh, honest, and simple.

Picasso said it took him four years to paint like Raphael but a lifetime to paint like a child. We want more of that heart. Less fear and more wonder. Less complexity and more play. And the confidence to ask the unafraid simple questions.

Our promise at First Rodeo is to deliver work for your brand that connects the big shareable moments with the fundamentals of something deeper and lasting.

Let's go where there's no path, and leave a trail.
