Nick Gibbs

Nick Gibbs is an experienced security professional and senior leader with a strong focus on operational excellence. With a background in strategic planning, financial control, and growth initiatives, they served as Managing Director at Masterguard Fire & Security Ltd from 2007 to 2019 and continued to lead Masterguard Investments Ltd until 2025. Currently, they are the Director of Yaldhurst Investments Limited and a Board Member at the New Zealand Security Association. Their extensive experience includes roles at FIRST Security, where they managed the largest private security response to COVID-19 in New Zealand, and they hold a Bachelor of Applied Science from Massey University.
