Amanda Dawson, MBA, PHR, is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Global Talent Management and Learning Manager at First Solar since November 2015, Amanda has significantly advanced through various leadership roles, demonstrating expertise in organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement for over 5000 associates worldwide. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at IntelliShop and yB Management, where Amanda established and led HR functions, and Human Resources Generalist at The Zepf Center and Vineyard Columbus, providing comprehensive HR support. Amanda holds an MBA in Executive Leadership from Ohio University and a B.B.A. in Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
