Chuck Stevens

Chuck Stevens possesses extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Contract Manager for Performance Engineering at First Solar since May 2011. In this role, Stevens oversees EPC contracts related to capacity and energy guarantees, as well as O&M contract availability and energy guarantees, while also providing technical support to deal teams. Prior to this position, Stevens worked at Arizona Public Service (APS) from January 1987 to May 2011, holding various roles including Project Executive/Sr Project Manager, IT Manager, and Nuclear Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included managing the Nuclear Fuels Department at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station. Stevens holds a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Nuclear Engineering, both from Arizona State University.
