Jay Mehta has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Jay started their career as a Research Associate at Binghamton University in 2004. In 2006, they joined NXP as a Product Engineer. From 2008 to 2011, Jay worked at First Solar as a Global Efficiency/Yield Engineer. Jay then transitioned to the role of Global Manager, Process Integration from 2012 to 2015. From 2015 to 2021, they served as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at First Solar. Currently, Jay holds the position of Head of Manufacturing Engineering, Integration & Automation at First Solar since December 2020.
From 2003 to 2006, Jay Mehta pursued a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering at Binghamton University.
