Jen Deci

Jen Deci is currently the Director of US Government Affairs at First Solar, Inc., where they focus on legislative and policy initiatives. They previously served as a Senior Advisor for Policy and Legislative Affairs to Governor Glenn Youngkin and held various roles in the United States Senate, including Senior Counsel and Professional Staff Member. Jen has also worked as the Director of Government Relations at Qcells North America and as a Policy Analyst at the Northern Virginia Transportation Commission. They hold a JD from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and have contributed significantly to legislative efforts in transportation and capital markets.
