Kyle Recker

Kyle Recker began their work experience in 2018 as a Warehousing Intern at Wannemacher Truck Lines. During this time, they learned warehouse operations, including product location and storage methods, forklifting skills, inventory auditing, and expense report analysis.

In 2019, Kyle joined Amazon as an Area Manager I, Operations, and was promoted to Area Manager II, Operations in 2020. Kyle later transitioned to Area Manager II, Delivery Operations and eventually served as an Operations Manager.

Currently, Kyle is working as the Lead - Warehouse Continuous Improvement at First Solar, starting in 2023.

Kyle Recker earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bluffton University, studying from 2015 to 2019.
