Rick Malik is an experienced engineering and management professional with a robust background in process development and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as Manager of Process Development at First Solar since February 2008, Rick specializes in the assembly of thin film utility scale PV solar panels, overseeing engineering teams to foster a positive work environment.
