Tom Moon

Tom Moon is an experienced operations and supply chain executive with a robust background in leading large teams and managing complex manufacturing processes. They served as General Manager at Catalent Pharma Solutions from 2014 to 2017, leading site performance and profitability. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at Infineon Technologies and SemiSouth Laboratories, Inc., where they played key roles in transitioning operations from R&D to commercial production. Currently, Tom is the Plant Manager at First Solar and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University, along with a Master of Business Administration from The University of Dallas.
