Bruce Low

Bruce Low, MBA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Lead Portfolio Manager of the MidCap Australian Equities Fund at Aware Super since January 2024, having initially taken on the role in an interim capacity from January 2023. Prior to this, Bruce held various significant positions, including Associate Portfolio Manager and Head of Research at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where responsibilities included analysis of the utilities sector. Bruce's background also includes lecturing at UNSW on Aviation Transport Economics, a Treasurer and Non-Executive Director role at EarlyEd, and strategic consulting at Marsden Jacob Associates. With a career that spans over two decades, Bruce has held key roles in portfolio management and equities analysis at firms such as Arnhem Investment Management, Fortis Investment Partners, and Deutsche Bank, among others. Bruce holds several advanced degrees, including an MBA with distinction from Aberdeen Business School, and has a strong educational foundation in finance and management from UNSW.
