Prior experience includes roles at CommInsure as Operations Stream Lead for the CommInsure/CBA Separation Program and Executive Manager of CX & Technology, focusing on customer experience strategy development. Additionally, Kitty's tenure at National Australia Bank involved various leadership positions in program management and customer solutions, fostering strategic change and enhancing customer experiences.
