Luke Bailey

Luke Bailey currently serves as Senior Manager of Advice Applications at Aware Super, overseeing the Advice Applications team focused on software application improvements, user training, and strategic initiatives collaboration. Prior to this role, Luke managed a team of 13 financial advisers at Aware Super and held various managerial positions at StatePlus, including overseeing regional offices in Sydney and Penrith, where significant client bases and funds were managed. Luke’s extensive experience in financial planning is complemented by an educational background that includes a Master of Information Technology currently in progress at UNSW and multiple financial planning qualifications. Starting with a technical foundation in Aeronautical Engineering, Luke transitioned into the finance sector after serving as a Qualified Navigator Instructor in the Royal Australian Air Force.
