Simon Hilbert

Simon Hilbert is an experienced operations and customer service professional with a diverse background in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Aware Super since October 2022, Simon previously held the position of Senior Manager Customer Service at Colonial First State, where responsibilities included administration processing and regulatory reporting. Prior to that, Simon was the North Service Centre Team Manager at AMP, leading a blended call center and administration team, and served as Corporate Super Administration Manager at AXA Australia, managing customer service consultants. Simon holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from La Trobe University and further education from Tribeca.
