Heather Higgins

Heather Higgins is an accomplished nonprofit leader currently serving as the Executive Director at First Steps, Inc. since 2005, where they are dedicated to serving a mission and supporting the community. They have held various roles in the organization, including Director of Community Outreach from 2002 to 2005. Heather began their educational journey with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kentucky and later pursued further studies in Psychology at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Additionally, they have been the Executive Director at Early Intervention since 2000.
