Sierra Brown

Sierra Brown is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in behavior analysis and child care. Since November 2019, Sierra has been working at First Steps, Inc. and has held various positions in the field of behavioral therapy, including Registered Behavior Technician at Developing Minds Therapy Services from February 2018 to November 2019 and Behavior Therapist at Great Strides Behavioral Consultation from June 2017 to February 2018. Additionally, Sierra has provided daily care as a babysitter for private families since January 2008, working with children from newborn to 11 years of age. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lindenwood University and ongoing studies for a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University. Past experience includes serving at Joe's Crab Shack and tutoring at Jefferson R-7 School District.
