Operations Team

The Operations Team at First Supply LLC is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day functions across the company's multiple locations. Led by the Director of Operations, this team ensures efficient inventory management, streamlined supply chain processes, and exceptional service delivery to industrial customers and building contractors. The Senior Project Manager and Project Coordinator support project execution and operational initiatives, while the Branch Managers oversee the operations of individual branches to maintain consistent performance and customer satisfaction across the Midwest region.
