Randy Allen

Randy Allen is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for the Central Division at First Tactical since January 2020, Randy previously held the role of Regional Sales Manager. As the Founder CEO of SellsTeam Consulting from January 2010 to January 2024, Randy specialized in consumer products and marketing consulting for small businesses, with a focus on internet marketing and trade events. Additional roles include Vice President of Sales at Ag Gear Performance Farm and Ranch Wear, Vice President at Carson Energy, and National Director of Team and Club Sales at HPL PureSport, where Randy introduced hydration and recovery drinks to major retailers. Randy's early career included serving as CEO and Managing Partner at MegaOutdoors LTD, and a 14-year tenure as Claim Team Manager at State Farm Insurance. Randy holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Louisiana Monroe and Northeast Louisiana University.
