Steven Shaw is currently the Rocky Mountain Regional Sales Manager for First Tactical, a role they have held since 2015. With over 30 years of law enforcement leadership, they have served in various capacities, including Deputy Chief of the Rio Rancho Police Department and City Councilor for the City of Rio Rancho.
