Donna Shott, M.Ed has a work experience of 12 years. Donna started their career in 2009 as a Home Visitation Outreach Coordinator & Manager at CPLC Parenting Arizona, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined FIRST THINGS FIRST as a Community Outreach Coordinator East Maricopa. Donna was responsible for leading public relations & community engagement efforts in the East Valley Maricopa County. Donna implemented various outreach strategies such as presentations, trainings, public speaking, community events, and media outreach to support early childhood initiatives. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of Community Outreach Director at FIRST THINGS FIRST, where they continue to contribute to the organization's mission.

Donna Shott, M.Ed completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Arizona State University in 1997. Donna further pursued their education at Grand Canyon University from 2006 to 2009, earning a Master of Arts (MA) in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services.
