Lisa Blyth, MA, LPC, is a systems-savvy changemaker with over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit, government, private, and human services sectors. Currently serving as Regional Director at First Things First, Lisa leads efforts to strengthen early childhood systems across rural and tribal communities in the Yavapai region. Past roles include Director of Residential Operations at Florence Crittenton and Clinical Director at multiple organizations, where Lisa honed a focus on operational leadership and systems thinking in behavioral health. Holding degrees in Community Psychology and Psychology, Lisa is committed to creating equitable systems that prioritize connection and collaboration.
