Lisa Turner-Colling, PhD has a diverse range of work experience. Lisa started their career as a Psychology Instructor at Douglas College from September 1999 to December 2008. In parallel, they also worked as the Director of International English Language Study Tours at Coquitlam College, where they developed and implemented an International Study Program, overseeing all aspects of the program.

In 2009, Lisa joined Arizona State University as a Senior Research Specialist. Lisa worked in this role for two years before moving on to become a Research Specialist, Senior, where they stayed until 2011.

Lisa continued their educational journey and obtained their PhD in Educational Psychology, Human Development, Learning, and Culture from The University of British Columbia from 2006 to 2012.
