The First Time Launch Alliance (FTLA) is a unique, collaborative forum for leaders in emerging biotech companies—from pre-IND to first launch, partnership, or acquisition. Our mission is to accelerate success for each member company and, ultimately, improve patient lives.

FTLA is the first group of its kind. While industry events focus on science, capital, or deals, there are few (if any) spaces dedicated to the real-world challenge of building a biotech company. The journey from drug development to commercial, the processes and systems, and the organizational dynamics that make or break success don’t get the attention they deserve.

The First Time Launch Alliance fills that gap. We bring together executives, leaders across every function, and experts to share lessons learned, compare approaches, and shape solutions that move our companies, and our broader industry, forward.

Join FTLA and contribute your challenges, insights, and ideas. FTLA facilitates this exchange through LinkedIn, focused webinars, practical content, and eventually, in-person events. Let’s raise the bar together.

The First-Time Launch Alliance (FTLA) brings together biopharma leaders and innovators dedicated to the successful first-time launch (or subsequent launches) of commercial biopharma products. FTLA creates a vibrant, expert-driven community that shares knowledge, drives innovation, and elevates execution—so that every launch is set up for success and every patient benefits from new therapies.

This group is a collaboration among FTL Members and FTLA Sponsors as subject matter experts. The goal for FTLA Members and FTLA Sponsors is to:
• Share valuable knowledge, lessons learned, and insights
• Discuss common challenges and solutions
• Foster continuous improvement and innovation
• Connect with like-minded professionals committed to successful product launches
