Lance Rosen

Lance Rosen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and education. Currently serving as the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at First Tracks since 2021, Lance also acts as an advisor for Engine AI and is a Venture Partner at Elizabeth Street Ventures. Previous roles include being a member at Create, a Venture Partner and Advisor at Upper90, and Head of Equities at BlueMountain Capital Management. Lance held the position of President and CIO at Kinrose Capital Management and was instrumental in founding Success Academy Charter Schools, serving as Board Chair and Board Member. Lance's early career included leadership as Managing Partner at Perry Capital and an Assistant Vice President at Smith Barney, complemented by educational credentials from Cornell University and Columbia University.
